May I introduce myself?
I am the designer and architect of Conexo Networked Leadership - also Program Manager for multiple teams and communities as they use Networked Leadership to do complex and mission-critical work.
A proud graduate of the HP Way, I benefitted from years of mentoring and extensive training in leadership, supervisory, and management positions over 15 years, as HP grew internally from just over $1B in 1976 to $14B in 1991.
During my 7 years in the field, we transformed the HP service organization from contract-based to an independent professional services organization deeply involved in the customer and channel experience, becoming a critical source of revenue and cash to the core lines of HP business and a key competitive advantage in highly-competitive emerging markets.
Since 1991, with my own company here in the Silicon Valley, Conexo, I have been an innovator in cross-business and cross-functional communications, making business use of collaborative networks, hosted services, and social networking to better connect loosely-coupled business teams.
