Mei Lin Fung, Chairman of the Institute for Services Excellence and CEO of Customers R Us,  is officially appointed by China's Ministry of Information Industry to a second 2-year term as overseas advisor to the committee on CRM and Call Centers, to improve service performance in China.  She has addressed audiences in Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Canada and the US. She is based in Silicon Valley, California.

Mei Lin was an early pioneer in the CRM space, and was the business analyst for the first integrated sales and marketing application, envisioned by Tom Siebel at Oracle in 1988. Mei Lin spent 5 years at Intel, primarily as a customer marketing engineer in the US Distribution Sales Channel. This combination of Intel and Oracle has given her an insider's view of the supply chain through to demand chain connection in the technology industry.

Ms. Fung received her MS in Management - Finance from MIT and her BS in Mathematics from the Australian National University.

Mei Lin Fung currently works with Oklahoma State University's Spears Business School to offer certificate and performance management programs in business-customer relations. She recently assisted communications firm Avaya in developing an innovative public and private customer relations partnership, honored with the American Society of Competitiveness' Phillip B. Currently, Cheemin is CEO, Peritus Partners, and leads the Hi Tech, Green Tech, and Emerging Markets practice.  Prior, she was IBM's Vice- President leading marketing, sales and consulting services teams. Cheemin has also served at other Fortune companies as well as start-ups as CEO, Chief Marketing executive,  and other senior executive roles responsible for strategy, operations, and alliances.

Cheemin holds a Doctorate Degree in Administration/Management specializing in the "Implementation of Computer-Based Management Information Systems and Organizational Change" from   Cheemin is also a Co-Founder of The Agility Constortium, delivering innovative programs to Bay Area companies that need a solid foundation for new solutions in emerging global markets.
